By accessing or using the services provided by Top G Labs Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to:

• Our mobile applications (Crazy Chicken and Expiry Tracker - Smart Reminder App)
• Any related services, features, or content

You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Top G Labs Ltd.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account (for apps requiring registration)

If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use our services.

You may use our services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services to spam, harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission
• Remove, circumvent, or disable any security features or protections

4. User Accounts (Expiry Tracker App)

For apps that require registration (such as Expiry Tracker - Smart Reminder):

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must update your information to keep it accurate and current
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

5.1 Our Rights

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials on our services are owned by Top G Labs Ltd or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Download and install our mobile apps on your personal devices

This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our services.

5.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit through our services (e.g., items tracked in Expiry Tracker). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve our services.

6. App-Specific Terms

6.1 Crazy Chicken

• The app operates entirely offline and does not require internet connectivity
• No user data is collected, stored, or transmitted
• Game progress is stored locally on your device
• Uninstalling the app will delete all local game data
• We are not responsible for loss of game data due to device issues or uninstallation

6.2 Expiry Tracker - Smart Reminder App

• The app requires internet connectivity for account creation, login, and data synchronization
• Your data is stored securely on our servers and synced across your devices
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you input
• Reminders are sent based on the information you provide
• You can delete your account and data at any time through app settings
• We reserve the right to limit storage or features based on your subscription tier (if applicable)

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Payment Terms (If Applicable)

If you purchase any paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases:

• All fees are stated in the currency displayed at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the app store platform
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice to existing subscribers
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (OR £50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER)

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Top G Labs Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Fail to pay required fees (if applicable)
• Request account deletion

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings or contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve disputes within 60 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification (for significant changes)
• Displaying a notice in our apps (for significant changes)

Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Top G Labs Ltd regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
